This PR addresses the union type error discussed in issue #1416 by properly distinguishing between ChatCompletionMessageFunctionToolCallParam and ChatCompletionMessageCustomToolCallParam when processing function call tool parameters. This fix prevents runtime errors and improves type safety in chat completions.
